Starting with a land drill we will show you how the crew and helm work together to complete the manoeuvre, what to do with your hands and when and where to move your body. Then afloat we will show you what point of sailing to start on, how to keep your sailboat dinghy under control and how to complete the whole manoeuvre successfully - all using different camera angles to clearly show all the steps. How to deal with a capsize. Understanding the key steps to quickly and safely right a two handed sailboat dinghy after a capsize. You will learn how the crew and helm work together, how to right the boat, how to climb back aboard and prepare to sail away. We will also show you how to deal with a spinnaker capsize. (Approximately 7.5 minutes)

How to sail with an asymmetric spinnaker. Understanding how to rig the sail ashore, hoist it afloat, gybe the sail, deal with gusts of wind and how to lower it successfully. We will show you how to learn and practise on light wind days and then as your experience grows show you how to use the sail effectively on windy days. You should be proficient at sailing before sailing with a spinnaker. We will also show you how to deal with the sail in the event of a capsize. (Approximately 13 minutes)
